Albany, GA- The Albany State Golden Rams, led by Head Coach Scot Hemmings, are excited to announce their 2025 baseball season schedule. This season, the Golden Rams are set to play a total of 45 games, including 30 conference matchups and 15 non-conference contests. Fans can look forward to several special theme days and a competitive slate of games as the Golden Rams aim for another strong season.

The season kicks off on February 1, 2025, with a home game against Eckerd College, followed by a doubleheader against the same opponent on February 2. The team then hits the road to face USC Beaufort on February 7 and 8 in Beaufort, South Carolina.

Key non-conference games include matchups against Columbus State, Georgia Southwestern, Tampa, West Alabama, and Spring Hill College. These games allow the Golden Rams to test their mettle against regional opponents and prepare for conference play.

Conference action begins on February 14 with a home series against Tuskegee, followed by Lane College at home on February 22-23. Throughout the season, the Golden Rams will compete against all Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) opponents, including Savannah State, Edward Waters, Benedict, Clark Atlanta, Morehouse, Miles, and Kentucky State.

Several special theme days are planned to enhance the fan experience. Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day and Business Appreciation Day will take place on March 26. Little League Day is scheduled for March 29 during the doubleheader against Clark Atlanta, while Alumni Day will be celebrated on March 30. The season also includes Senior Day on April 19 during the Kentucky State series.

The regular season concludes with a road series against Spring Hill College on April 24-25. Postseason play begins with the SIAC Tournament from May 4-7, followed by potential appearances in regional playoffs.

Albany State University is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II-level intercollegiate athletic program.
