Nathalia Rowe, a sophomore from Atlanta, Georgia, had a stellar season for the Albany State Golden Rams Women's Track & Field team.  On May 25-27, Nathalia competed at the 2023 Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Colorado State University-Pueblo, in Pueblo, Colorado. 
 
Nathalia ran in the 400 Meter Hurdles race and finished 7th in her heat with a time of 1:02.26 at the 2023 Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.  According to Leone Timing and Results Services, Nathalia's fastest time this season in the Women's 400 Meter Hurdles was 1:00.67. 
 
Nathalia had an outstanding 2023 season for the Golden Rams.  Nathalia opened the season by finishing in 3^rd place with a time of 25.87 in the Women's 200 Meters at the Savannah State Eye Opener on February 25.
 
The Albany State Golden Rams track and field team participated in the CAU Panther Invite on Saturday, March 11, in Atlanta, Georgia.  The Golden Rams were outstanding as they finished with 187 points to lead the field at the Clark-Atlanta University Panther Invite.  In the Women 400 Meter Dash, Nathalia Rowe finished in 3^rd place with a time of 58.53.
 
The Albany State Golden Rams track and field teams participated in the Emory Spring Break Classic on March 17-18, at Emory University.  Nathalia Rowe finished in 2^nd place in the 200m with a time of 26.08.  Nathalia also finished 4^th in the 400m with a time of 58.11.
 
Nathalia Rowe won the Women's 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:02.63 at the Morehouse Relays in Atlanta, Georgia.  Nathalia also finished 4^th in the Women 400m Dash with a time of 57.30.
 
The Albany State Golden Rams track and field teams participated in the 2^nd Annual University of West Georgia Legends Track and Field Invitational on April 1, 2023.  Nathalia Rowe won the 400 Meters with a time of 57.23.  Nathalia also won the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:03.63.
 
The Albany State University track and field team hosted the 2023 Alice Coachman Invitational on April 8, 2023.  A total of 22 teams participated in the annual event.  The Golden Rams women finished in 2^nd place out of 11 women teams.  Nathalia Rowe won the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:03.70.
 
On April 27, Nathalia Rowe was named to the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) 2023 Women's Outdoor Track and Field All-Conference 2^nd Team for the 400H.
 
The Albany State Golden Rams women's track and field team finished in 4^th place at the 2023 SIAC Track & Field Championship on April 27-29, in Atlanta, Georgia.  Nathalia Rowe won 1^st place in the Women's 400M Hurdles with a time of 1:01.51.  Nathalia also finished in 2^nd place in the Women's 400M with a time of 55.69.
 
Nathalia Rowe finished 2^nd in the Women's 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:02.65 in the Life University Last Chance Meet on Friday, May 5, 2023. 
 
The Golden Rams track and field teams participated in the Lee University Last Chance Qualifier Meet at the LU Track Complex on Saturday, May 13, in Cleveland, Tennessee.  Nathalia finished 2^nd in the Women's 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:00.67. 
 
Nathalia Rowe was named to the All-South Region Team for the 2023 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field season by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
