Locations: 
The Annual Alice Coachman Invitational will be held at the Robert Cross Track and Field Complex located on the campus of  Albany State University-East Campus. 

The Robert Cross Track is an eight Lane Rekortan M-99 track.

All Field Event venues are located within the perimeter of the facility
 
Start Times:  
The Men's Hammer Throw will begin at 9:30 AM Saturday morning (Women will follow the Men)

The Javelin Throw (Men then Women) will immediately follow the Hammer Throw

All other Field Events will begin at 12:00 AM

All Running events will begin at 1:00 PM

Entry Information:
All entries online at www.directathletics.com . Entries are due by 11:59 pm est. on Thursday April 7, 2023. Entries will not be accepted after the deadline.

There is no limit on the number of entries per running event. Field events will be limited to 4 entries per gender team.

Entry Fees: 
The Entry Fee will be $275.00 per Gender Team

UNATTACHED and Individual entries are $40.00. 

Unattached entry fees must be paid online when registering through Directathletics

Team entry fees can be paid online through Direct-Athletics or by check. Checks must be presented before Packet Pick-up. Make your check or money order payable to Albany State University Attn: Track and Field

No Personal Checks accepted.
 
Meet Information Packets
Packets will be ready Friday, April 7, 2023 between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00 pm at the Robert Cross Track and on Saturday morning beginning at 7:30am

Meet Format 
NCAA rules apply to all events         
                                                                   
                 Running Events:      Sections based on time.
                 
                 Field Events:            Field events will be limited to four attempts.
                                                  High Jump and Pole Vault starting heights will be    
                                                  determined by the Head Field Official based on entries.                                           
                
                  Timing:                   Finish Lynx Fully Automatic system.
                                               
Results                                   Available at the conclusion of the meet.                                                                  
                                               Results will be posted on line as soon as possible at the                                                                
                                               conclusion of each event.
