The Golden Rams volleyball team won their 18
th game of the season after defeating the Middle Georgia State Knights in 4 sets on Wednesday evening.
With the win, the Golden Rams improved to (18-13) overall while the Knights fell to (5-13) overall.
In set 1, the Golden Rams defeated the Knights (25-19). The Knights responded by winning set 2 by the score of (25-20). But, the Golden Rams regrouped wad defeated the Knights (25-17) in set 3. In set 4, the Golden Rams won (25-19).
Sydney Melton led the Golden Rams with 18 kills.
Natalie Onozie finished with 43 assists.
Khamari Trotter and
Kaylin Teasley led the Golden Rams with 2 service aces each. Trotter also finished with 6 blocks.
Talia Smith contributed with 4 digs.
The Golden Rams will play Talladega College in their final regular season game at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 3, in Talladega, Alabama.
