The Albany State Golden Rams will host the Allen University Yellow Jackets for Homecoming at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 14, at the Albany Municipal Coliseum.  The Golden Rams will be seeking their 5^th win in a row. 
 
The Golden Rams will enter the game with an overall record of (4-2) and (4-0) in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association.  The Golden Rams capped an emotional week with the passing of the legendary Coach Hampton Smith in dominating fashion by crushing the Central State Marauders (48-0) on Saturday, October 7, at the Albany Municipal Coliseum.    
 
The Golden Rams average 23 points per game.  The "Dirty Blue" defense is allowing 17 points per game.
 
The Yellow Jackets are (5-1) overall and (3-1) in the SIAC.  The Yellow Jackets defeated Clark-Atlanta University (35-27) on Saturday, October 7, by scoring four touchdowns in the second half to earn their 5th win of the season.
 
Offensively, the Yellow Jackets average 32 points per game.  Defensively, the Yellow Jackets allow 25 points per game.
