Golden Rams Women's Volleyball Outlast Savannah State

East Division Champs

The Albany State University Golden Rams volleyball team (East Division Champions) defeated the Savannah State Tigers for the second time this season on Friday, November 12.

The Golden Rams won in four sets (25-21, 25-22, 23-25 and 25-18). The Golden Rams record improves to 18-11 (12-3 conference) while the Tigers overall record is 10-13 (6-9 conference).

Jordyn Terrell led the Golden Rams with 12 kills. Joy Robinson tallied 6 blocks for the Golden Rams. Kayla Johnson accumulated 31 assists and Jolesia McClenton finished with 23 digs.

The SIAC Volleyball Tournament will be held on November 16-18. The Golden Rams will be the #1 seed in the East Division.
