ALBANY, Ga. (April 18, 2019) -The Albany State University baseball team (21-17, 13-1 SIAC) will host the Lions of Paine College on April 19-20th. First pitch is set for 4 p.m. at Golden Rams' Field on Albany State University West Campus.

The Golden Rams enters the pounded three home runs and 17 hits in a doubleheader sweep over the Morehouse College in a SIAC baseball doubleheader on April 13th at Lakepoint Park.

Paine College
Paine College (8-23-1, 3-11 SIAC) enters the contest securing a doubleheader (11-10, 7-4) victory over Benedict College on Apr. 15th. The last time the two schools met was last season on April 21, 2018 where the Golden Rams secured a 10-3 victory over the Lions. The Golden Rams currently hold a 9-4 series advantage over Paine. The first matchup was on April 21, 2012 where the Golden Rams collected a 10-9 win.
