Zackary Johnson led Albany State University with a 13
th-place individual finish at the 2018 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Men's Cross Country Championships on Nov. 2 at Winthrop University's Winthrop Farm.
Johnson's 8K time of 28:42.26 was less than a minute shy of a Top 10 All-Conference finish.
Joshua Ajiero followed his lead for ASU with a time of 30:31.06 to finish 27
th overall.
Cameo Wilkerson (33:04.01) and
Rodney Tookes (33:12.89) were 39
th and 40
th individually;
Joshua Stapleton (34:00.48) finished 46
th and Timothy Heyward (34:40.87) was 51
st.
Albany State finished fifth as a team behind SIAC champion Morehouse, Benedict Central State and Spring Hill.Â
