Golden Rams Set to Compete at NCAA DII Track & Field National Championship in Pueblo, CO

Albany, GA—The Albany State University Track & Field program is headed west to Pueblo, Colorado, where six elite student-athletes will represent the Golden Rams at the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. The highly anticipated meet takes place May 22–24 at the CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl, and competition will feature the best from across the country.
 
The Golden Rams will compete in six events across both men's and women's divisions: the Men's 100m, 200m, 110m Hurdles, 400m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay, and the Women's 200m. This appearance marks another historic moment for Albany State as the program continues to build a legacy of national recognition and elite performance.
 
The championship meet opens on Wednesday, May 22, at 10:30 a.m. MT with the start of the Decathlon. Day two begins on Thursday, May 23, at 9:30 a.m. MT and concludes on Friday, May 24, with finals action beginning at 11:00 a.m. MT.

ABOUT ALBANY STATE ATHLETICS
Albany State University is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II-level intercollegiate athletic program. The university currently fields teams in 11 sports: women's volleyball, women's tennis, women's cross country, men's and women's basketball, softball, men's and women's track and field, women's soccer, baseball, and football. All teams compete in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC), except women's soccer, which participates in the Peach Belt Conference.
