Albany, GA – The Albany State University (ASU) women's soccer team will face off against conference opponent, the University of North Georgia, on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the ASU Soccer Stadium on the West Campus. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and the match will feature a special Senior Day presentation honoring the contributions of ASU's graduating players. Additionally, ASU will recognize PBC Officials' Week with a presentation to celebrate the role of referees and officials in collegiate athletics.
The Lady Golden Rams enter the match looking to bounce back after a recent loss to USC Beaufort. They'll aim to capitalize on their home-field advantage and put together a strong performance against North Georgia, who arrives after a 1-1 tie with Flagler.

ABOUT ALBANY STATE ATHLETICS
Albany State University is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II-level intercollegiate athletic program. The university currently field teams in 11 sports: women's volleyball, women's tennis, women's cross country, men's and women's basketball, softball, men's and women's track and field, women's soccer, baseball, and football. All teams compete in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC), except women's soccer, which participates in the Peach Belt Conference.
