The Albany State Golden Rams soccer team lost (0-5) to the Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks on Sunday afternoon in Montgomery, Alabama.  With the loss, the Golden Rams fell to (0-4) on the season while the Warhawks improved to (1-3).
 
The Warhawks scored their first goal at the 5:19 mark when Madison Foshee connected on a shot assisted by Anila Mantello and Lauren Akemon to give them a (1-0) lead.
 
Sydney Garth extended the Warhawks lead to (2-0) at the 5:34 mark in the 1^st period.  The goal was assisted by Laia Gonzalez.
 
In the 2^nd period, Lauren Akemon connected on a goal to give the Warhawks a (3-0) lead.  The goal was assisted by Madison Foshee and Sydney Garth.
 
At the 78:30 mark, Roser Badia gave the Warhawks a commanding (4-0) lead when she connected on a goal that was assisted by Laia Gonzalez.
 
The Warhawks 5^th goal was scored by Laia Gonzalez at the 81:04 mark.  The goal was assisted by Roser Badia and Sydney Garth.
 
The Golden Rams will be back in action against Southern Wesleyan University on Wednesday, September 13, in Central, South Carolina.
