The Albany State Golden Rams women's soccer team were defeated (8-0) by the Flagler College Saints on Saturday, October 15, in St. Augustine, Florida. The Golden Rams lost their 11
th game of the season and remain winless on the season.
With the loss, the Golden Rams fell to (0-11) overall and (0-8) in the Peach Belt Conference while the Saints improved to (9-2-2) overall and (7-1-1) in the Peach Belt Conference.
Andrea Fernandez finished with (3) goals for the Saints. Elke Fernandez, Addie Meyers, Moa Arlebo, Liz Hall and Eilidh McHattie also scored a goal for the Saints.
The Golden Rams finished the game with (3) shots, (1) shot on goal, (16) saves, no corner kicks, (1) offsides and (8) fouls. The Saints finished with (39) shots, (24) shots on goals, (1) save, (11) corner kicks, (3) offsides and (10) fouls.
The Golden Rams will play Lander University on October 19, in Greenwood, South Carolina.
Then, the Golden Rams will return home to play Clayton State on October 22 and Dalton State College on October 24.
