The top seed in the SIAC East Division will be on the line when the Albany State Golden Rams volleyball team host the Edward Waters Tigers on today at 6:00 pm on the ASU East Campus.
The Golden Rams are (11-6) overall and (11-2) in the SIAC. The Tigers are (14-7) overall and (8-1) in the conference.
At this point in the season, the Golden Rams and Tigers appear to be the top two teams in the SIAC Eastern Division while Spring Hill appears to be the favorite in the West.
The Tigers' Fatima Ramirez lead the SIAC in hitting percentage while the Golden Rams' Mary Peterson and
Khamari Trotter are 3
rd and 4
th, respectively. Ramirez also lead the conference in kills.
The Tigers' Mataiya Barber lead the SIAC in assists and service aces.
