Albany State (3-2, 1-0 PBC) will travel for its second Peach Belt Conference matchup against Young Harris College on Wednesday, October 2

The Golden Rams enter the contest securing a 2-0 victory over Georgia Southwestern on September 28th to move to 3-2 overall. ASU struck early in the first half  at the 33:32 mark by 
Thuto Ramafifi with assistance from 
Aliyah Armijo to take a 1-0 lead. Keeping the same momentum in the 65th minute, Albany State's Shana Brown-Jackson added insurance on a free kick as she put the Golden Rams up 2-0 in their first conference game this season. Although Albany State was outshot, they led with seven shots on goal compared to GSW's five. Both teams had a total of five saves.
About the Mountain Lions 
Young Harris  enters the contest coming off a 5-1 loss to Flagler College on September 28th.
 
The Saints improved to 6-0-0 overall and 1-0-0 in the PBC, while the Mountain Lions fell to 1-5-0 and 0-1-0. Young Harris hosts Albany State (Ga.) University Wednesday (Oct. 2) at 7 p.m. Senior Day activites will take place prior to the match. 
Annie Habeeb scored the first goal for Flagler in the second minute off an assist by Lorena Lopez. The Saints added three more goals in the next 27 minutes. 
Lailah Muscat scored her second goal of the season for Young Harris in the 65th minute with a header off a corner kick from 
Aimee Durn. 
Sarah-Lisa Dubel recorded two saves in goal for Flagler, while 
Pien Van Kampen tallied nine for the Mountain Lions.
The Golden Rams and the Mountain Lions met last on September 20, 2017 resulting in a 4-0 victory for the host Young Harris College.
