Lady Golden Rams Return to SIAC Play Against Spring Hill College

Albany, GA – After a tough stretch in non-conference play, the Albany State women's tennis team is set to return to SIAC competition as they travel to Mobile, AL, to face Spring Hill College on Saturday, March 22, 2025. The match will take place at Medal of Honor Park (Cottage Hill Park), with first serve scheduled for 10 AM.

The Lady Golden Rams (0-3 SIAC) enter the match looking to regroup after competing in the PTR Springfest Tournament on March 13-14, where they fell in all three matchups against strong national competition. Despite the setbacks, Albany State remains confident as they return to conference action, where they have found success in recent years.

Spring Hill College (0-7) also looks to bounce back after a 7-0 loss to Auburn Montgomery on March 18. The Lady Badgers will aim to defend their home court while seeking their first win against Albany State since 2021.

Albany State has dominated the series in recent matchups, holding a 7-6 all-time series lead, including a seven-
match win streak dating back to February 24, 2022. The Lady Golden Rams will rely on their experienced core to maintain their winning edge over the Lady Badgers.

With both teams eager to get back in the win column, Saturday's showdown will be a critical momentum-building match as the Lady Golden Rams aim to continue their conference success.
