Mobile, Ala. - The Albany State Lady Golden Rams wrapped up their 2026 campaign on Day 3 of the SIAC Women's Tennis Roundup #2 in Mobile, Ala., showcasing determination and continued growth in a competitive matchup against Spring Hill.

The Lady Golden Rams delivered a strong highlight in singles play, as Monique Gundrum turned in an impressive performance at the No. 1 position. Gundrum dominated her match in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1, displaying control, confidence, and consistency to earn Albany State's point of the day. Her performance served as a fitting example of the team's fight and development throughout the season.

Brooklyn Bowen also battled hard in a tightly contested three-set match at No. 2 singles, pushing her opponent to the limit and demonstrating resilience and competitive spirit. Across the lineup, the Lady Golden Rams continued to compete with energy and determination, reflecting the team's commitment to improvement and growth.

Throughout the tournament and the season, Albany State showed steady progress, particularly in singles play, where players consistently challenged their opponents and gained valuable experience.
