The Albany State University Golden Rams tennis team kicked off their 2023 season by defeating Point University (7-0).  The Golden Rams are (1-0) on the season.
 
In doubles, Natalya Ogunwale and Asia Raulerson won their match (6-3).  Sumana Panauganti and Allyah Williams won their match (6-1).  Bianca Leao and Carla Sorroche won their doubles match (6-0).
 
In the singles matches, Natalya Ogunwale won her match (6-2 and 6-1).  Asia Raulerson won (6-4 and 6-4).  Bianca Leao defeated her opponent (6-0 and 6-1).  Carla Sorroche won (6-0 and 6-0).  Allyah Williams won (6-0 and 6-0). Sumana Panauganti also won (6-0 and 6-0).
 
The Golden Rams next matches will be against the Georgia Southwestern Hurricanes at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, in Americus, Georgia.
