The Golden Rams women and men's basketball teams were defeated by the Savannah State Tigers on Monday evening in Savannah, Georgia.  The women lost (76-54) and the men were defeated (55-44).
 
With the loss, the Golden Rams women's team fell to (6-9) overall and (4-5) in the SIAC.  The Tigers women's team improved to (11-3) overall and (7-2) in the SIAC. 
 
Juanisha Black led the Golden Rams with 9 points and 7 rebounds.
 
The Golden Rams men's team fell to (3-12) overall and (3-6) in the SIAC while the Tigers improved to (9-4) overall and (7-2) in the SIAC.  
 
Malik Parker led the Golden Rams with 13 points.  Freshman Terin Wofford added 11 points in the loss.
