After losing to Albany State earlier this season, the Tuskegee Golden Tigers women defeated the Golden Rams (85-40) at the Daniel "Chappie" James Center on Monday, November 28, in Tuskegee, Alabama. 
 
With the loss, the Golden Rams fell to (3-3) overall and (1-1) in the SIAC.  The Golden Tigers improved to (5-1) overall and (3-0) in the conference. 
 
Tuskegee outscored Albany State (31-12) in the 1^st quarter and led (51-25) at the half.  The Golden Tigers continued their dominance in the 2^nd half as they avenged their only setback of the season, a (68-60) loss to the Golden Rams.
 
The Golden Rams didn't have anyone to score in double figures.  Chelsea Hill led the Golden Rams with 7 points.
 
The Golden Tigers were led by Ashiala Jackson, who scored 30 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.  Brittany Bolin finished with 23 points and 6 rebounds.  JuToreyia Willis contributed with 10 points for the Golden Tigers.
 
The Golden Rams will host the Georgia College and State Bobcats at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 1.
 
In the men's game, the Golden Rams men defeated the Golden Tigers (72-67).  After losing 5-straight games to start the season, the Golden Rams have now won 2 games in a row.  With the win, the Golden Rams improved to (2-5) overall and (2-0) in the SIAC.  The Golden Tigers fell to (5-3) overall and (0-2) in the conference. 
 
Maurice Dickson led the Golden Rams with 22 points and 7 rebounds.  Terin Wofford finished with 15 points and 5 rebounds.  Reggie James contributed with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists for the Golden Rams.  The Golden Rams shot 43.1% from the field and made 24/29 free throws in the game.
 
Steve Dulley led the Golden Tiers with 18 points and 4 rebounds.  Dulley was 3/7 from the 3-point line.  Martez Jones finished with 16 points and 11 rebounds.  Reco Hallmon contributed with 16 points, 4 rebounds and 4 steals for the Golden Tigers.
 
The Golden Rams will host the Lane College Dragons at 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 3.
