ALBANY, Ga. - The Albany State University softball program will travel to Columbus, Georgia to participate in the 2020 Cougar Classic this weekend at Cougar Field. The 12-game, three-day event will begin Friday at 2 p.m.

Joining ASU on the field will be Coker, Georgia Southwestern, Union, Columbus State and Queens. Three games will be played on Friday followed by five on Saturday. On Sunday, the tournament will conclude with four matchups. Admission is $5 dollars each day.

The Golden Rams (0-4) will play four games over the weekend beginning with a tilt against Georgia Southwestern at 2 p.m. and host CSU on Friday at 4:30 p.m. On Saturday, ASU will close out the classic taking on Queens and Coker at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
