ALBANY, Ga. (March 22, 2019) -The Albany State University softball team (10-21, 7-2) will host the Lady Tigers of Benedict College for a Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference matchup. The four-game series will take place on March 23-24^th. First pitch is slated for 2 p.m.

The Golden Rams enters the contest after yielding a 4-2 Decision at the SIAC Crossover Tournament on March 15-17^th in Jasper, Alabama.

The two programs last met on March 11, 2018 where the Golden Rams secured a (12-9, 30-10,12-8) victory over the Lady Tigers of Benedict College. The Golden Rams currently holds a 22-0 series advantage over the Lady Tigers.
