ALBANY, Ga. | The Golden Rams baseball team wrapped up their weekend series against Point University with a doubleheader on Saturday.
Game 1
ASU managed just two hits in the loss as Point starter Harrison Osborn (3-0) pitched 8.0 innings and gave up no runs on two hits.
Johnathan Cirullo and Ernis Reyes recorded the two hits for the hosts.Â
Malik Barrington (2-2) struck out five and gave up three runs in 5.0 innings of work.
Game 2
The Golden Rams struggled to find timely hits in the second leg of the twin bill, spreading out five hits over seven innings.Â
Avery Roth recorded a RBI single in the 4th inning, scoring Travis Ray Jr. who had singled to open the frame.
Chasen Roulhac was 2-for-3 in the game and Kevin Bryant II registered a double.Â
Michael Reddick (0-2) worked 4.0 innings in the loss, giving up two earned runs on six hits.
Albany State (4-9) is back in action on Tuesday, February 26th, when they host Auburn University-Montgomery. Game time is set for 4:00 pm.
