Valdosta, GA - The Lady Golden Rams made a notable impression at the VSU Border Clash Meet in Valdosta, Georgia, Friday (Sept.) evening, securing a commendable fourth-place finish in the highly competitive event. The meet, held at Freedom Park, brought together a strong field of athletes eager to showcase their skills. The Lady Golden Rams were ready to rise to the occasion.
Zenay Rhaney led the charge for the Lady Golden Rams with a standout performance, finishing in the top 10. Her exceptional pace and strategic running highlighted her dedication and preparation, earning her a spot among the elite competitors of the meet.

Azzaria Brown contributed significantly to the team's success. Rowe's impressive effort placed her in the top 30, while Tungamirai and Brown followed closely behind, ensuring the Lady Golden Rams had a strong presence throughout the race.

The Lady Golden Rams will travel to Gainesville, GA, on Friday, Sept. 13, to participate in the 12th Annual North Georgia XC Invitational hosted by the University of North Georgia. The meet will be held at UNG Cross County Course and kick-off at 6:30 PM.
