ALBANY, GA – The Albany State University women's cross-country team performed well at today's invitational, finishing
5th out of 11 teams. The Lady Golden Rams were led by solid performances from
Nathalie Rowe, who finished
21st overall, and
Zenay Rhaney, who was close behind in
22nd place.
Rowe's determination was evident as she paced the team to a strong finish, while Rhaney kept Albany State's momentum going with her consistent effort. Both runners helped propel the Lady Golden Rams to a top-five team finish, a promising result as the season continues.
