The Albany State University women's tennis team finished undefeated at the SIAC tennis roundup #2. The Lady Rams would finish the the SIAC tennis round up #2 with wins over Edward Waters University(6-1) and Clark Atlanta University(5-2).

Match 7 vs Edward Waters University

The Rams earned one point in doubles play as Natalya Ogunwale and Jonay Brittain  defeated Alexis and Weigl by a score of 6-2.

Asia Raulerson and Carla Sorroche Suarez won their match 6-0 over Dezelttovic and Predelus, and  Allyah Williams and Bianca Leao finished their 6-1 over Viehrig and Paffrath of the Tigers.

In singles play, Asia Raulerson defeated Viehrig 6-0, 6-0,Jonay Brittain won her match 6-1, 6-2, over Weigl. Allyah Williams won her match 6-0,6-0 defeating Predelus. 

Carla Sorroche Suarez would earn the victory over Paffrath 6-0,6-1.  Sumana Panauganti won her match 6-0, 6-1, to close out the scoring for the Golden Rams.

Match 2 vs Clark Atlanta University

The Rams earned one point in doubles play as Natalya Ogunwale and Jonay Brittain  defeated Blanks and Moffatt by a score of 7-5,

Allyah Williams and Bianca Leao won their match by default over the Panthers.

In singles play, Natalya Ogunwale defeated Muhammad 6-4, 6-1, Jonay Brittain won her match 6-4, 6-2 over Moffatt. Bianca Leao won her match 6-0, 6-0.


The Golden Rams will return to action on Thursday, April 4th  at 1 pm, as they will face Georgia Southwestern University for ASU Senior Day.
