With a (15-5) win against the Tuskegee Golden Tigers, the Golden Rams have advanced to the 2^nd round in the 2023 SIAC Baseball Tournament.  The Golden Rams will play the winner between Kentucky State and Miles College on Friday, May 5.  The first pitch is scheduled at 2:00 pm. 
 
Trailing (5-2), the Golden Rams exploded for 6 runs in the bottom of the 3^rd inning to take the lead.  It would be a lead that the Golden Rams wouldn't relinquish as they eventually added 7 more runs to end the game in the bottom of the 7^th inning.
 
The Golden Rams scored 15 runs but only had 7 hits in the game.  Luke Addison was 2/4 from the plate with 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored.
 
Brady Davis pitched all 7 innings for the Golden Rams.  Davis allowed 8 hits and 3 earned runs in the game.
