The Albany State Golden Rams Women's Cross Country team finished in 9^th place at the 2022 Valdosta State Border Clash that was held at Freedom Park on Friday, September 2. 
 
Tampa finished in 1st with 32 points, while Flagler took 2th with 81 points.  Jacksonville and Georgia Southern finished 3rd and 4th with 83 and 94 points respectively.  Lynn finished in 5th with 122 points and Valdosta State placed 6th with 168 points. 
 
Daytona State College 170) finished 7th, Florida Gateway College (207) 8th, Albany State (221) 9th, Georgia Southwestern (305) 10th, Edward Waters (329) 11th and Pensacola State College (335) finished 12^th. 
 
The Golden Rams had a total time of 1:52:50 with an average time of 22:34 and had six cross country runners to finish between #61 - #96.
