Schedule of Events: *Course will be open Friday @ 4pm – Dusk. Course opens at dawn Saturday morning*
7:30 a.m. – Packet pick up
8:45 a.m. – National Anthem
8:50 a.m. – Men report to start line
9:00 a.m. – Men's 8K race
9:35 a.m. – Women report to start line
9:45 a.m. – Women's 5K race

Course Information: This meet will be run on Albany State University's West Campus Cross Country Course, which is the home of the 2017 SIAC Cross Country Championship. The course is a fast course with grassy terrain and trails of packed dirt and a few rolling hills. The course has a long start and finish stretch to accommodate large field sizes.

Entry Fee: $125 per team, women and men are separate teams. Total for any school is $250. Unattached athletes will be $25. Please make checks payable to Albany State University (Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Foundation). All entries should be completed online through Direct Athletics at DirectAthletics.com. Registration closes on Wednesday, October 5th, at 11:59 p.m.

Team Parking Area: Teams are asked to park alongside the road (in between the tennis courts/baseball field and the soccer fields) or in the parking lot adjacent to the Basketball Arena. Signage will be in place to direct vans and buses to the appropriate lot(s).

Packet Pickup: Team packets with race numbers, timing information and starting box assignments will be distributed at the Finish line/Tent beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Restrooms & Team Tents: Portable restrooms for participants will be available behind the starting line and at the concession stand adjacent to the finish line. There will also be restrooms available under the tennis pavilion for spectators and participants. There is no assigned area for team tents. Schools are asked to set up their respective camps anywhere in the facility that does not impede the course.

Timing & Results: The races will be timed by Olympia Timing. Meet results will be loaded to TFRRS immediately following both races. All times, places and team finishes will be distributed digitally.

Athletic Training: There will be ASU Athletic Trainers at the course on the day of the event - on site by 8:00am. Coaches and Athletic Trainers are expected to have up-to-date information on all of their runners—allergies, medical conditions, etc. For specific instructions, questions or concerns, please contact the Head Athletic Trainer (Becky Borer 229.500.2843).

Awards: The top-10 finishing individuals in both races will receive awards
