Keyatta Ayers to take a 4-1 lead. Clark Atlanta when scored on an error by the Golden Rams and Sierra Lopez scored on a wild pitch to cut ASU's lead 4-3. In the bottom of the second the Golden Rams added one run with Ayers scoring on a wild pitch to give ASU a 5-3 edge. The Panthers remained scoreless the remainder of the contest.

The Golden Rams plated seven runs in the bottom of the third inning to grow its lead 12-3. ASU added its final run in the bottom of the fourth inning to cruise to a 13-3 victory. ASU finished the contest recording nine hits.
Sydney Pettus led the Golden Rams going 1-for-2 at the plate adding two runs and collected 5 RBIs.
Sydney Pettus collected the win on the mound for the Golden Rams pitching five innings only allowing eight hits, three runs, two walks and three strikeouts in the 27 batters faced.

Clark Atlanta University entered game two adding two runs to take a 2-0 lead. Albany State got things started for the Golden Rams in the bottom of the first inning with
Sydney Pettus securing her second home run of the day to score Ayers tie the game two all.  The Panthers at the top of the second inning added a run with Zanteria Wray crossing home plate to give the CAU a 3-2 lead. The Golden Rams was scoreless the second inning. The Panthers then capitalized on a hit by pitch and  errors by the Golden Rams to take a 5-2 advantage. The Golden Rams then answered in the bottom of the third inning when
Destiny Herrera doubled to the shortstop to score Ayers to cut CAU's lead 5-3. CAU then plated two runs in the fourth inning to take a 7-3 lead over the Golden Rams. The Golden Rams answered in the bottom of the fourth inning plating big runs to secure the lead they would hold on to the remainder of the contest.

Rebecca Blanton got things started with a double to center field.
Ciweya Tennison reached on an error to advance Blanton to third base.
Jordan Waller then singled with Blanton scoring.
Amaya Terry singled on a bunt with Waller scoring. Kayatta Ayers flied out to left field with Tennison adding a run.
Mikiayah Harris walked to advance the runner to load the bases. Herrera then walked with Waller adding a run.
Sydney Pettus reached on a fielder's choice and Terry crossing home plate.
Rebecca Blanton singled to plate Herrera.
Jordan Waller tripled to right field with Blanton adding a run. Waller then stole home to give the Golden Rams a 13-7 advantage. Albany State added its final run of the inning when Ayers singled on a bunt with Terry crossing home plate to close the inning with a 14-7 edge. The Golden Rams finished the inning adding 11 runs, eight hits with two left on base.

The Panthers added its final two runs in the top of the fifth inning. The Golden Rams would then added three runs in the final innings to take the 17-9 victory.

The Golden Rams had 12 hits, two errors and six LOBs. Iceway Tennison collected the victory on the mound for the Golden Rams pitching six innings only allowing three hits, nine runs, 14 walks and two strikeouts in the 38 batters faced.

Albany State will return to action when they host the Panthers of Clark Atlanta for doubleheader action on Sunday, March 28. First pitch is slated for 11:00 a.m.
