ALBANY, Ga. – Albany State (8-4) secured an 8-2 victory over the Saints of Flagler College in midweek action at home on Wednesday, March 17th.

Brock Rountree (1-0) retired the first seven batters he faced and did not allow a hit in his four innings of work. He walked two and struck out three.
Flagler College broke up the no-hitter in the sixth inning with a single to center.
Wyatt Seitan belted a two-run home run for the Golden Rams in the fourth inning. Albany State added an RBI single later in the inning to take a 3-0 lead.
The Golden Rams added a single run in the seventh and four runs in the eighth, only two of which were earned.
Chasen Roulhac collected a pair of singles, scored a run, and drove in another.
Kaufman had two of Flagler's four hits, and he scored a run.
Albany State will return to the field as they host the Tigers of Savannah State University for a three-game series starting Friday at 4 p.m.
