ROCK HILL, S.C. – The Albany State University men's basketball team returns to the court on Saturday, March 7
th as they face the Golden Bears of Miles College in the Championship game. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. at the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center.
The Golden Rams enters the contest (17-13, 12-7 SIAC) clinching the Eastern Division Title for the second year in a row. Albany State secured a 57-55 victory over the Maroon Tigers of Morehouse College in the SIAC Semifinals on March 6, 2020.
Albany State secured a 64-62 victory over the Golden Bears on Jan. 8 on the road. Miles outrebounded Albany State 30-20 in that contest.

Kamil Brown led the Golden Rams with 16 points each respectively.
Titus Burns finished with 10 rounding out the double-digit scorers for the Golden Rams. The Golden Rams finished the contest shooting 54.5 percent for the game (24 of 44) and 50 percent from long range (5 of 10).
The Golden Rams are scoring 68.6 points per game. The team is led by senior forward
Randy McClure, who is averaging 15 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game on 66.27 percent shooting from the field.
