ALBANY, Ga. (April 13, 2019)– Despite a good effort by the Albany State University women's tennis team they suffered a 9-0 loss to Huntingdon College on Saturday.
Huntingdon won all six singles matches and all three doubles matches.
Josie Waddell (No. 1), Kacy Howard (No. 2), Zoya Robinson (No. 3), Heather Tabor (No. 4), Clayton Waring (No. 5) and Alex Burnham (No. 6) each won all singles matches in straight sets.
In doubles, the team of Waddell-Robinson (No. 1) won 6-4, the team of Tabor-Howard (No. 2) won 6-3 and the team of Waring-Kacey Stephens (No. 3) won 6-2.
