ALBANY, Ga. | Albany State concluded their regular season on Thursday night by hosting the Golden Bears of Miles College.

Miles (17-9) smothered the Golden Rams (9-18) throughout the contest, holding the hosts to just 48 points and no made three pointers. 

With six points Alexandria James finishes the regular season as the team's leading scorer. The Junior from Notasulga, Ala. scored 326 points (12.1 per game).

Senior Uchemdirim Ibebunjo led the team in rebounding, collecting 142 boards (5.5 per game).

The Golden Rams enter the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship Tournament next week as the number two seed out of the East Division. 

They will play the winner of the Miles-Kentucky State matchup on Thursday, February 28th, at 1:00 pm CST. All games will be played at Bill Harris Arena in Birmingham, Ala.
