Lady Rams fall to Bentley University

MELBOURNE, Fla.- On the final day of the roundup at Florida Tech University, the Albany State women's tennis team could not find victory. ASU lost its last match to Bentley University by the score of 9-0.

With the loss, the Lady Rams fall to 3-8 overall, while Bentley improves to 13-7.

In singles action, LaToya Boyd had the best showing individually. She was defeated by Carrie MacLean by the scores of 6-3, 7-6. In doubles, Torian Foston and Keona Livatt was the top duo for ASU. The duet lost 8-4 to Kayla Anghinetti and Corrie MacLean.

Albany State will have its first home match on Saturday, March 11 when it hosts the University of West Georgia. Match time is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the ASU West Campus.
