Albany State, Claflin basketball games postponed

ALBANY, Ga.- Due to the anticipated inclement weather that will be in the Albany-Dougherty County area this weekend, Albany State University will postpone the basketball games scheduled for Jan. 21 against Claflin.

"With the anticipated severe weather, it is important for us to consider the safety of our student-athletes, coaches and fans," Gordon said.

The games originally scheduled on Saturday, January 21, 2017 have been postponed. Both contests will be moved to Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. at Claflin.
