ALBANY, Ga.- After posting a 7-2 record last week, the Albany State Lady Rams were unable to continue their winning ways. ASU dropped a 3-0 (25-21, 25-15 and 25-11) to fellow NCAA Division II member Emmanuel College. With the loss, the Lady Lions sweep the season series, and the Lady Rams now own a 7-10 overall record.
The Lady Rams will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 3 when they travel to Fairfield, Ala. to face the Miles College Lady Bears. Albany State defeated Miles last week 3-0 in the SIAC Crossover. The first serve is set for 11 a.m. (central time).
