4:00 pm – Packet pick up
5:45 pm – National Anthem
5:50 pm – Men report to the start line
6:00 pm – Men’s 8K race
6:40 pm – Women report to the start line
6:45 pm – Women’s 5K race
Course Information: Radium Springs Park features an open course with lush grassy terrain and a series of gentle rolling hills. The layout includes an extended start and finish stretch, making it ideal for accommodating larger groups. Additionally, the course is designed to be very spectator-friendly, allowing fans to enjoy the action easily.
Entry Fee: $150 per team; Women and men will compete on separate teams. The total entry fee for each school is $300. For unattached athletes, the fee is $25. Please make checks payable to Albany State University (Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field Foundation). All entries must be submitted online through Direct Athletics at DirectAthletics.com. Registration closes on Wednesday, September 9, at 11:59 p.m.
Team Parking Area: Teams must park vans in the parking lot near the pavilion. If you are traveling by bus, please inform us so that we can allocate space for your bus.
Packet Pickup: Team packets containing race numbers, timing information, and starting box assignments will be distributed at the Finish Line/Tent starting at 5:00 PM.
Restrooms & Team Tents: Restrooms will be available under the pavilion as well as portable restrooms near the start line.
Timing & Results: The races will be timed by Olympia Timing. Meet results will be loaded to TFRRS immediately following both races. All times, places, and team finishes will be distributed digitally.
Athletic Training: There will be ASU Athletic Trainers at the course on the day of the event, on site by 4:00 pm. Coaches and Athletic Trainers are expected to have up-to-date information on all of their runners ' allergies, medical conditions, etc. For specific instructions, questions, or concerns, please contact the Head Athletic Trainer (Titania Lester, 229.500.2843).
