Previous School: Came to ASU as a graduate student after a stint with Grambling State where he recorded a season-high 47 rushing yards, one rushing touchdown, and a long rush for 29 against Florida Memorial… Finished with nine carries for 58 yards and one touchdown, two tackles, and half a tackle for loss

Southern Mississippi: (2022) Appeared in five games and collected four rushes for six yards (2021) Appeared in 11 games with one start … Finished second on the team in rushing with 447 yards on 94 carries for 4.8 yards per carry … Added two touchdowns and a long rush of 30 yards … Tallied two 100-yard rushing games in the final two games … Collected season-high 120 yards on 22 carries at Louisiana Tech (11/19) and finished the year with 107 yards on 16 rushes versus FIU (11/27) … Only threw one pass for three yards

(JUCO): Played a season at Hinds Community College, after transferring following one season at South Alabama Hinds Community College where he was named a JUCO All-American… After redshirting his first year, Richard posted 437 yards on 72 carries over four games, averaging 109.2 yards per contest ... Added three rushing scores and a long of 80 yards ... Named a MACCC Offensive Player of the Week after rushing for 149 yards and two touchdowns over Southwest Mississippi CC.

High School: Played his prep career at Patterson High School, where he was a varsity letter-winner in football… He was named 3x All-State and All-District… Rated a three-star recruit by both Rivals.com and 247Sports.com ... Received an invitation to participate in the Polynesian Bowl in Hawai’i following his prep career at Patterson High... Was a unanimous All-District selection as a senior after posting over 2,000 allpurpose yards and scoring 24 touchdowns ... Averaged over eight yards per carry while recording 1,783 yards and 22 scores on the ground ... Caught 16 passes for 181 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 131 yards ... Had two kickoff returns of 80 or more yards and ran back a pair of punts 70-plus yards as well.
