Albany, GA- Twenty-two (22) Albany State student-athletes earned degrees at the University's spring commencement ceremony, which was held on Saturday, May 4th at the Albany Civic Center.
Six of the 22 student-athletes graduated with honors, earning either cum laude, magna cum laude, or summa cum laude distinction with either their undergraduate degree or master's degree.
Of the class, four of the graduates were football student-athletes, two came from the cheer program, two from baseball, four from women's track, three from men's basketball, two from soccer, one from volleyball, three from women's tennis, and one work-study student.
