Albany, GA – The Albany State University Women's Volleyball team is gearing up for a busy weekend as they head to Memphis, TN, to compete in the SIAC Crossover (West Cluster), hosted by LeMoyne-Owen College. The tournament will bring together teams from across the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference for two days of intense volleyball action.
The Lady Golden Rams will open play on Friday, October 11, with a doubleheader. They will face Lane College at 2 p.m. and then take on Tuskegee University at 7 p.m. On Saturday, October 12, Albany State will conclude the tournament with a match against Spring Hill College at 11:30 a.m.
SIAC Crossover Schedule:
- Friday, October 11
- Game 1: Albany State vs. Lane College – 2 p.m.
- Game 2: Albany State vs. Tuskegee University – 7 p.m.
- Saturday, October 12
- Game 3: Albany State vs. Spring Hill College – 11:30 a.m.
Head Coach Vernice Graham and the Lady Golden Rams are prepared to showcase their skills against some of the top teams from the SIAC West Division. This tournament provides an important opportunity for Albany State to strengthen their standing in the conference and gain valuable experience as they continue their season.
