MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Albany State University volleyball dropped a non-conference match in straight sets Tuesday, Sept. 18 at Georgia College, falling 25-13, 25-14, 25-13.
The Golden Rams fell behind by five or more points in each set and was unable to recover as the Bobcats posted their seventh win of the season.

Aiyanna Jones each had five kills to lead Albany State's offense, while
Kaelyn Jordan and
Yadira Lyons had three each.
Ciara Chapman led the team with 11 set assists, while
Jolesia McClenton led the Golden Rams' defense with 11 digs.
Georgia College's Taylor Svehla led all players with 10 kills and Kayla Brockway had 29 assists.
Albany State (0-8) will play at home in the HPER Complex for the first time this season on Tuesday, Sept. 25 to host Auburn University Montgomery at 6 p.m. ET – the start of a 13-match home stand.
