Birmingham, Ala.- The Albany State Lady Rams saw their 2014 volleyball season come to an end in the SIAC tournament. ASU lost to top-seeded Claflin University 3-0 (20-25, 21-25 and 13-25) on the second day of the tournament before falling to Clark Atlanta University 3-0 (25-27, 22-25 and 23-25. With the pair of losses, the Lady Rams finish the season with a 14-13 overall record.

Kristen Randolph led the Lady Rams with a team-high seven kills. Justice Howard and Jennifer Evans added five kills apiece. Setter Malikah Drummond recorded 10 assists before leaving the game with a shoulder injury. Her replacement, Mikala Flonnoy had seven assists. Kaliah Carter led the team defensively with 10 digs, and Evans added eight more.

Randolph again led the team with 11 kills, and Evans recorded nine kills and eight digs. Drummond returned to have 20 assists, and Flonnoy also has 10. Carter and Keveena Jackson added nine digs apiece.
