Small named SIAC Offensive POW

Box Score Atlanta, Ga. - Albany State junior Jarvis Small has been named the SIAC Offensive Player of the Week after a solid performance in the Golden Rams 31-14 victory over Morehouse College.

Small, a 5'7, 206-lb running back from Brunswick, Georgia, rushed 24 times for 130 yards and a touchdown in the team's win over the Maroon Tigers. It was his fifth consecutive game where he rushed for over 100 yards after recording only three rushing yards in the season opener against Valdosta State University.

On the season, Small has 113 rushes for 633 yards and three touchdowns.
